In 1985, with my husband Jack, we opened Jack’s Auto Service, Inc., in Wassaic, NY. We have two beautiful daughters, Kaitlin and Allyson, along with six “grandpups.” In my spare time, I enjoy immersing myself into our community — some of my work includes serving as Chairman of the Maplebrook School Foundation, Treasurer of the Amenia Free Library, Past President of the Amenia Lions Club, and Vice Chair of the Amenia Recreation Commission.
When the Wassaic Project purchased the old Maxon Mills building, I was intrigued to see what their plans were and to meet our new neighbors. Jeff, Bowie, and Eve’s enthusiasm and passion for education in the arts is inspiring. Watching the Wassaic Project evolve into an artist community and transform Wassaic into a haven for the arts is amazing. Everyone should experience Wassaic Project and their positive energy and vibe… it’s contagious!
