Kate Johnson was born in Melbourne, Australia in 1982. She received her BA from Sarah Lawrence College in 2004 and her MFA from CalArts in 2007. She has had her work featured as ArtForum’s pick of the week and been featured in Artillery Magazine. She lives and works in Los Angeles.
