Suzanne Hader

When I first came to Wassaic, the barn was just being cleaned up, painted, and turned into residency studios. The festival that year still counts as one of the most magical moments of my life — and seven years later, sitting out under the stars in the hamlet doesn’t get old. The amount of good will, creativity, and tenacity that Bowie, Jeff, Eve, and the staff have called upon to shape this organization is still a source of inspiration to me. It’s an honor to be involved.
